Teamsters in the construction trades division are truck drivers who transport and haul material, merchandise, equipment or personnel between various locations-including constuction sites, manufacturing plants, warehouses, wholesale and retail facilities. They may also load and unload, make minor mechanical repairs and keep the truck in good working order.  Today’s Teamsters are a community of workers fueled by a contagious spirit of compassion, commitment, solidarity,and strength.  Collectively, they are dedicated to the ultimate tenet of the trade union movement-the commitment to enhance the lives of all members and to win justice for working families.
